Job summary

Vaupell is seeking a Quality Inspector for 2nd shift in Everett, WA. The role focuses on inspecting parts against engineering specs and customer procedures using CMMs and vision systems. You will document results, identify non-conformances, and support root-cause investigations.

The position requires at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read blueprints. Shift runs 2:30pm–10:30pm Monday–Friday with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1-year relevant experience.
• Math aptitude for measurements and conversions.
• Familiarity with ISO and cGMP requirements.
• Able to read blueprints and use inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components and labeling per work order.
• Use handheld tools and test equipment for quality checks.
• Generate non-conformance reports for discrepancies.
• Perform first part, in-process and final inspections.
• Maintain calibration status of inspection equipment.
