Job summary

PEKO Precision Products in Rochester, NY is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform dimensional inspections on in-process and finished parts, using calipers, micrometers, and other metrology tools. The role supports QA and Engineering in investigating corrective actions and maintaining inspection records per standards.

Qualified candidates will have multiple years of CMM experience, GD&T blueprint reading, and experience with Zone3 Metrology Software; strong attention to detail and ISO

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on inspection in precision machining.
5+ years of CMM experience including programming.
Experience with GD&T and reading blueprints; ISO environment familiarity.

Responsibilities

Perform dimensional inspections on in-process and finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
Inspect weldments, fabrications, and painted or powder-coated surfaces.
Inspect assemblies and sub-assemblies; support corrective actions with QA/Engineering.
Maintain inspection records per government, customer, and company standards.
