Job summary

Flex-N-Gate Battle Creek is seeking a Quality Auditor to support our automotive components operations in Battle Creek, MI. You will assist in identifying non-conforming parts, perform layered process audits, and inspect parts before shipment to ensure quality standards are met.

The role requires familiarity with quality systems, blueprint reading, and basic hand tools, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality systems.
• Experience with CMM, calipers, micrometers, or similar quality tools.
• Blueprint reading experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds repetitively.
• Able to use basic hand tools.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection and identification of non-conforming parts.
• Perform layered process audits.
• Inspect parts staged for shipment.
• Inspect incoming purchased product and record data.
