Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions in the United States is seeking an entry-level Quality Control Support Associate to keep our lab operations running smoothly in a regulated environment. This role is ideal for early talent looking to gain hands-on experience in a cGMP setting.

You will verify submissions, handle samples, monitor temperature and environmental conditions, ensure compliance with SOPs, and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline)
• Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP-regulated environment (prior experience is a plus but not required)
• Ability to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Verify and review sample submissions to ensure they meet Quality Control requirements
• Receive, label, organize, and properly store samples according to established procedures
• Deliver samples to Quality Control laboratories for testing in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform routine temperature, environmental, and/or CO₂ monitoring and document results
• Support compliance with regulatory and quality standards (cGMP, SOPs, safety guidelines)
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers as needed
