Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Perform dimensional inspections with CMMs, calipers, micrometers, gauges and other tools.
• Verify parts meet drawing, specification, and customer requirements.
• Identify and document defects and nonconforming products.
• Maintain accurate inspection results and quality records.
• Communicate quality concerns with production, engineering, and management.
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support quality audits and follow ISO 9001 procedures.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
