Job summary

QA/QC Inspector - 2nd Shift in Carmel, IN is needed to support the Quality Assurance Department. You will inspect final assemblies and ensure products meet quality standards, reading blueprints and using precision tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of inspection or quality control experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all final assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide independent evaluation of finished devices or work of others.
• Read blueprints and use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Analyze failures, determine solutions, and perform in-process and final inspections.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate batch records.
