Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Supervisor in Cibolo, TX to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer facilities. This role requires manufacturing leadership experience and a customer-focused mindset to ensure products meet quality standards.

Local travel to customer sites is required. The position offers a 2nd shift: 6:30pm to 3:15am with pay of $20.00 per hour and paid training plus benefits including PTO from day 1 and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Customer service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
• Train and coach team members
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects
