Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Production Technician in Durham, NC for a 12-month assignment on 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm). The role involves supporting vaccine production operations, performing sterile supply assemblies, media formulations, and GMP-compliant tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of manufacturing experience, and demonstrates strong communication skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, and readiness

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Must pass aseptic gowning qualifications with required PPE.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm).
• TB titer and Chest X-ray clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support project documentation (Batch Records, SOPs, training materials).
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot equipment; ensure housekeeping and inventory control.
