Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a General Production Associate to support manufacturing and assembly operations. You will execute production tasks, operate machinery, inspect quality, and maintain production records under SOPs and safety guidelines.

This is a 2nd shift position from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, ability to follow SOPs, and English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing tasks and support assembly according to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Operate machinery and help maintain equipment and production facilities.
• Monitor product quality during production, report deviations or defects.
• Maximize productivity while minimizing downtime to meet targets.
• Follow all safety protocols and document production records.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
• Assist with packaging and keep the workspace clean after shifts.
