Qualifications

• Leadership and direction to hourly personnel in manufacturing and processing of food products.
• Experience or training related to business management, food production, or manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to hourly personnel engaged in manufacturing and processing of world class food products.
• Supervise production lines for food processing and packaging in compliance with good manufacturing practices, QA, safety, and employee relations.
• Maintain safety through training and enforcement of safety rules and company policies.
• Drive departmental efficiencies and maximize productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and yields; control labor costs including overtime; ensure effective communications.
• Report start-up duties one hour prior to shift and stay post-shift for reports/paperwork.
