Viant Medical in Fremont, CA is hiring a Mfg Direct - Production Operator I for the 2nd shift. The role involves daily product inspections and operating injection-molded part production lines to meet customer requirements.

Starting pay is $18.05–$21.50 per hour, with a $0.75 shift differential and an attendance bonus potential up to $800 annually. Comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, and on-demand pay are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English; ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Product cleaning and trimming to meet quality standards.
• Assemble parts and perform secondary operations on injection-molded components.
• Use calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools for precision.
• Operate various hand tools and machines efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct inspections to ensure product quality and adhere to ISO standards.
• Learn and use IQMS software related to job functions.
• Promote quality and safety in all aspects of the role.
• Be available for overtime as needed.
