Job summary

DSM is seeking a Production Operator on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00PM–11:30PM) to formulate products and manage processes like blending, drying, extraction, and filtration. You will follow standard formulas, maintain safety, and keep the work area clean while meeting production goals.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or GED, are at least 18 years old, and bring basic computer skills. Prior production or food service experience is preferred, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ to work in a plant environment.
• At least 1 year of production or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs formulation tasks and follows standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing materials.
• Sets up and controls processes such as blending, drying, extraction, and filtration.
• Adheres to DSM Life Saving Rules and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintains clean and safe work area and ensures equipment operates safely.
