Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 2–3 years supervisory experience; college degree is a plus.
• Ability to lead and develop employees; strong communication with customers and team.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Safety conscious; able to work in a tobacco-free, safety-sensitive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day supervision and coordinate daily activities for plant operations staff.
• Ensure production schedules, machine capacity, and staffing; assign duties.
• Inspect products and verify conformance to specs; oversee machine setup.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a safe work environment.
• Participate in hiring and training to maintain staffing levels.
