Qualifications

• Experience or comfort with working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
• Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production leaders to communicate daily goals.
• Enforce and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in workflows.
• Communicate effectively with inventory control for stock replenishment.
• Maintain all safety standards as provided by leadership.
