Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Lead for the 2nd shift in Nampa, ID. The role supports the Rental Division, assisting supervisors to maintain productivity, quality, and department goals.

The Production Lead coordinates activities in a production area and works to meet standards for quantity and quality. Ideal candidates will be able to stand for long periods, lift/move materials as needed, and operate a computer/console.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment with time pressures.
• Willing to learn to use a computer/console to complete work activities.
• Must be willing to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
