Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Distribution Center Clerk to support monthly productivity/quality reporting and daily performance tracking. You will help maintain safety, quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include basic math and reading skills, strong organizational and communication abilities, and at least one year of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with distribution systems is preferred. Location: Alabama.

Job Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Work Experience and/or Education

• One year experience using Microsoft Office software preferred.
• Experience in automated retail distribution center preferred.
• Familiarity with distribution systems.

Working Conditions and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with distribution systems.
• Exposure to changing climatic conditions and extreme heat and cold.
• Sitting or standing for long periods of time; walking long distances.
• Bending, stooping, squatting, or kneeling on a repetitive basis.
• Fast-paced environment.
