Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is hiring Production Associates for our clients in the Robinson, IL area. This role supports a fast-paced manufacturing team focused on safety and quality.

Pay is $17.00 per hour with weekly pay and a 2nd shift from 3 pm to 11 pm. Responsibilities include operating machines, inspecting and packing parts, and completing required paperwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate Machines
• Finish, Inspect, and Pack Parts
• Record all defects and scrap
• Complete all required paperwork
• Practice safety at all times
• Perform special instructions as determined by the Supervisor
• Assemble components
• Visually inspect components to detect non-conformance
• Utilize a forklift to move raw materials and finished goods
• Complete production and quality reports daily to maintain inventory
• Hand assembly
