Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand production documents, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to operate industrial machinery and production equipment safely.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to work a 2nd shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely according to company guidelines.
• Maintain consistent speed, accuracy, and attention to detail on the production line.
• Follow established production processes to meet quality standards and goals.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report issues to management.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily quotas and objectives.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety policies including SQF, USDA, FDA, OSHA guidelines.
• Identify and report quality, safety, or production concerns to management.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
