Ranew's Companies in Allison, IA is seeking a Production Associate to join our team on the 2nd shift. The role includes loading, unloading, masking components, and pulling parts according to assembly line requests to keep production moving.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, following work instructions, and using proper lifting techniques. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear designated PPE while contributing to quality control.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to lift parts up to 50lbs.
• Bending, standing, sitting, reaching and lifting required.
• Follow work instructions and provide support during process.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.

• Clean metal surfaces for contamination such as grease and dust to ensure masking is secure.
• Utilize different materials.
• Wear designated PPE.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain assigned tools.
• Start and stop the line when necessary.
