Job summary

Digital Room in Wixom, MI, is seeking a Production Associate for the 2nd shift to support our large format print operations. You will inspect finished products, pack and ship orders, and help keep production moving in a fast-paced, climate-controlled shop.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, on-the-job learning, and room to grow within a supportive team. Pay starts at $16.00 per hour with full-time, on-site schedules Sunday-Thursday, 2pm-10pm EST.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure and basic math.
• Comfort using a computer and multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished print products for quality before shipment.
• Count and verify products against each order.
• Pack, seal, and stage products for shipping.
• Prepare boxes and packaging to keep up with workload.
• Cross-train and rotate across stations to keep production moving.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace.
