Job summary

Quanex is seeking a Production Associate for 2nd shift in St. Cloud, Minnesota. You will help produce high-quality products, meet production goals, and support training to expand your skills and career growth.

The role includes a starting hourly wage of $20.70–$26.45 with 15% shift differential, plus a $1,000 new-hire bonus paid in increments. Standard hours are Mon-Thurs 4:30pm-2:00am and Fri 2:30pm-6:30pm, with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education is required.
• 6 months+ manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform detailed work requiring concentration.
• Positive attitude with a team-focused mentality.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
• Monitor product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete all position-related documentation accurately and legibly.
