Qualifications

• Ability to operate molding press/equipment per company procedures.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and OSHA safety procedures.
• Capable of performing physical demands such as lifting 35 lbs.

• Review 'Operator Display Board' for production instructions.
• Ensure product meets quality criteria of zero non-conformances.
• Participate in team problem-solving activities.
