This role requires basic computer skills, adherence to safety, and strong teamwork to keep lines running on 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). Compensation starts at $25.15 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Age: 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment according to production specs.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality and discard or rework faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Monitor machine parameters and troubleshoot processing problems.
