Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Associate for the Evening Shift (3:00pm–11:30pm) at our Lawrence, Kansas facility. You will inspect and package plastic products, operate equipment safely, and maintain clean, organized work areas to support continuous production runs.

This role emphasizes quality, safety (GMP/HACCP) and adherence to company procedures, with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to Amcor's customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and GMP/HACCP guidelines.

Job Description

Help ensure customer satisfaction and plant efficiency by supporting production and packaging needs throughout the facility. Evening Shift; 3:00pm to 11:30pm We will provide opportunities to learn, grow and develop your skills. Inspect and package plastic products of good quality. Operate equipment efficiently and safely. Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet. Properly complete all required paperwork. Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs. Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency. Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement. Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely. Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures. Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
