Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous press brake operation and setup experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machinery according to production requirements.
• Navigate press brake controls and perform machine programming and adjustments.
• Perform basic and complex machine setups using setup sheets.
• Inspect finished parts using quality control measuring equipment.
• Complete quality assurance documentation and inspection reports.
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, traveler packets, and manufacturing documentation.
• Ensure safe operation of machinery, including safety curtains and safety setup procedures.
• Accurately record production data and material usage through data collection systems.
• Meet or exceed established production standards and efficiency goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
