MARTINEZ AND COMPANY, INC. is recruiting for a Critical Infrastructure Security Officer (D License & TWIC) to join our team at the Port of Tampa and Manatee County sites.

This full-time, 2nd shift role emphasizes access control, incident response, and proactive security operations in a demanding port environment. Qualified candidates will have a Florida Class D license, TWIC, a high school diploma or higher, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of security or related experience.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Florida Class D license from DOACS.
  • TWIC credential required.
  • High school diploma, GED or college degree acceptable.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record.
  • Minimum 1 year security or related experience.
  • Flexible work availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation to multiple sites and 24/7 device access.

Responsibilities

  • Provide client security and customer service following site policies and procedures.
  • Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
  • Conduct regular patrols around client sites and perimeters.
