Job summary

Wayne Farms is seeking a reliable clerical support person for the production department on the 2pm–10:30pm shift. You will handle production reports, data entry, filing, and basic production tasks while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, plus basic math and computer skills. On-the-job training is provided, with benefits starting day one and a $1,500 sign & stay bonus for this shift.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shifts.
• Good work ethic, honesty and reliability.
• Follow safety, PPE, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Update and distribute shift production reports; track absences and occurrences; update calendars.
• Enter required data into the correct computer system and retrieve it on request.
• File all department paperwork accurately and timely.
• Perform production work as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies; maintain sanitary conditions to ensure product quality; report issues.
• Comply with NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and all laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
