Job summary

ABB Installation Products Division in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee shift execution and ensure proper use of machinery and assembly lines. This role supports a 10-hour shift schedule from Monday to Thursday with OT as needed to meet customer demand.

You will assist in coordinating work plans, provide feedback to management, ensure materials are available, and help train team members while backfilling as required to maintain production schedules and quality on site.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Able to read and comprehend safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Able to present information to individuals/groups/clients by reports or correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist production supervisors in allocating, coordinating and overseeing shift orders and work plans during shifts.
• Provide regular feedback and recommendations to management about production line issues.
• Ensure operators have materials needed to complete tasks and assist in training and cross-training of team members.
