Job summary

A leading healthcare company in Ridgefield, New Jersey is seeking a Packaging Operator to operate automated inspection and packaging equipment. The candidate will ensure compliance with cGMPs and SOPs, perform routine inspections, and assist in line changeovers. Preferred qualifications include mechanical experience, prior work in a GMP environment, and relevant education. This position requires flexibility with work hours, including evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior mechanical experience and/or experience as a Packaging Operator.
• Experience working with automated Inspection and/or Packaging equipment.
• Experience in a manufacturing position in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot high-speed automated Inspection and Packaging equipment.
• Participate in line changeovers and strive to reduce line downtime.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.
• Perform routine Quality and Safety inspections.

Skills

Mechanical experience

Experience with automated equipment

GMP environment experience

Production line experience

Education

HS Diploma or GED and 3-5 years experience

AA degree in science or related discipline and 1-3 years experience

BS degree in science or related discipline and 0-3 years experience
