Job summary

IMKO in Macungie, PA is seeking a 2nd Shift Packer to support our production line. You will assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a focus on quality and safety. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position with a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a general labor or production environment is preferred.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products according to established procedures
• Inspect finished goods to maintain quality standards
• Prepare packaged products for shipping, including labeling and palletizing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
