Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, printing, bindery, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and replenish covers into the Perfect Binder feeder system.
• Verify cover materials against job tickets and production specifications.
• Monitor cover feed performance and notify the Binder Operator of issues.
• Assist with machine setups, make-readies, and job changeovers.
• Participate in quality checks and inspections.
