Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of managerial experience; 5+ years in hospital, hotel, or office building preferred.

• Customer service oriented; communicate effectively with customers to meet or exceed requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure with quick, effective, and creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and organize the ARAMARK CT Services program per ARAMARK procedures for effective CT Services delivery.
• Improve operational efficiency and CT Services programs based on QPE results and action plans; address quality issues.
• Manage routines and improvements in line with operational objectives.
• Conduct safety training to enhance safety awareness and provide a safe workplace.
• Train and develop supervisors and staff per JST and JSR programs for new hires and current employees.
• Maintain strong internal communication and collaboration; solve problems to ensure smooth operations.
• Establish good communication with clients to meet or exceed requirements.
• Provide financial forecast, monitor spending, and meet department budget guidelines.
• Enhance team building and manage staffing and performance of subordinates.
