CHEP USA is seeking a hands-on Pallet Repair associate to join our Hammond operation. You will repair pallets by replacing defective boards, ensuring compliance with repair guidelines, and maintaining high quality throughout the process.

The role requires lifting and moving pallets regularly, using a nail gun, and adhering to safety protocols. You will be part of a team focused on efficiency and accuracy to support our shared logistics network.
