• Must read drawings, blue prints, models, specifications and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work from drawings, blue prints, models, specifications and verbal instructions.
• Proficient in use of measuring instruments to layout, check, and verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Follow all steps in the manufacturing standard work process.
• Perform calculations for cutting speeds, feeds, angles, offsets, etc.
• Work with materials like steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Meet or exceed daily production requirements per supervisor.
• Perform checks to meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain and change tooling as required.
• Document machining operations for compliance.
