Job summary

Rittal LLC in Urbana, Ohio, is seeking a Paint Supervisor to lead the Paint load/unload team, schedule workflows, and monitor production cycles while maintaining safety and quality. You will oversee material movement, harness SAP to align resources with orders, and partner with supervisors to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include producing daily paint plans, managing output, and guiding a skilled team to meet production targets in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience or education equivalent to 10 years in operations, manufacturing and production control.
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise finite production schedules for the manufacture of industrial or commercial products.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to review work progress and communicate changes in processes.
• Establish a feedback loop with schedulers and production personnel to resolve schedule-related issues.
• Use shop floor control staff to isolate problems and implement preventative systems.
• Notify management of work progress, material availability, and potential production issues.
• Support daily schedule communication to production departments.
• Provide daily schedule performance reporting (Plan vs Output) for assembly and critical fabrication.
