Job summary

Dane Manufacturing Company in Waunakee, WI is hiring a Paint Line Associate to keep an automated powder coating line running smoothly. You will load, unload, and inspect metal parts, with on-the-job training provided since powder coating experience is not required.

Your day includes following work orders, maintaining counts, and working closely with painters, quality inspectors, and other production teammates in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Powder coating or finishing experience is a plus (not required).
• On-the-job training will be provided for the role.

Responsibilities

• Load and hang metal parts on an automated conveyor line.
• Follow work orders and diagrams to position parts correctly.
• Unload finished parts and prepare for packaging, assembly, or shipment.
• Inspect parts for scratches, coating issues, or defects.
• Assist with masking, plugging, and part preparation when needed.
• Keep parts organized and maintain accurate counts.
• Work with painters, quality inspectors, and production teammates.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active, learn new skills, and be part of a team?

We’re hiring a Paint Line Associate to join our manufacturing team! You’ll help keep our automated powder coating line running smoothly by preparing, loading, unloading, and inspecting metal parts.

And the best part? Powder coating experience is NOT required — we’ll train you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll help make sure parts move through our paint line safely, efficiently, and with the quality our customers expect.

Your day will include:

• Loading and hanging metal parts on an automated conveyor line.
• Following work orders and loading diagrams to ensure parts are positioned correctly.
• Unloading finished parts and preparing them for packaging, assembly, or shipment.
• Inspecting finished parts for scratches, coating issues, or other defects.
• Helping with masking, plugging, and part preparation when needed.
• Keeping parts organized and maintaining accurate counts.
• Working closely with painters, quality inspectors, and other production team members.
• Following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
• Communicating any quality issues, shortages, or equipment concerns to your supervisor.
