Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. is seeking an Associate Packer in Gallatin, TN for the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu 3:00pm–1:30am) with overtime as needed. You will pack products efficiently, ensure quality and maintain a clean work area in a non-exempt, full-time role.

The job offers hourly pay of $19.00 to $22.88 plus $1 shift differential, with opportunities for overtime and growth within a safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Reliable, punctual attendance.
• Ability to communicate across groups and departments.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32” and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow packing schedule to satisfy customer needs.
• Ensure product quality meets company and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.
