Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Packer for 2nd shift to weigh, fill, label, and package liquid chemicals. The role uses SAP and MES systems for inventory and quality control, with a focus on safety and accurate documentation.

You will work with a team in a clean, compliant environment, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of chemical manufacturing experience preferred, knowledge of GMP/HACCP, and ability to stand for 8

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1-year chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
• Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens.
• Ability to be on your feet for 8-hour shift.
• Frequently lift a 35 lb. product hose; frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and fill liquid chemical materials into containers according to instructions and recipes.
• Follow packing procedures including scanning to validate materials and weight verification.
• Use SAP and MES for inventory, pack-out, and scrap tracking.
• Close containers, crimping and applying tamper-evidence seals.
