Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring an entry-level, non-skilled packer to support daily production in our meat processing facility. You will package product at the established rate, palletize finished goods, label and fold boxes, and operate various material handling equipment in a safety-driven environment.

This role requires willingness to work 2nd shift, overtime and weekends, and adherence to safety, GMP and SQF policies. Prior Tyson experience or probation rules apply; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work 2nd shift, overtime and weekends as needed.
• Background checks may be required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Package product at the established production rate.
• Palletize/hand stack finished product.
• Label and fold boxes.
• Operate various types of material handling equipment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Rotate through production positions as applicable.
