The Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) to operate packaging lines safely and efficiently.

You will read production schedules, set up bags/labels, perform minor repairs and routine maintenance, document shift activities, and ensure product quality and proper end seals. The role offers health/dental/401k benefits and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year production experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust packaging machinery to maintain product flow.
• Read production schedules and set up machines for each item.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of equipment.
• Document shift activities and report issues to supervision.
