Job summary

Ventek Solutions, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Associate in Mt. Pleasant, TN. You will pack molded parts, support a fast-paced production line, and help ensure quality through attention to detail and teamwork. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and strict adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities include moving parts, assembling components, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate paperwork while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing/warehousing is helpful.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Safety-focused mindset.
• Able to work with a team or independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve parts from press conveyor or staging area.
• Apply secondary components to molded parts.
• Push/pull carts to/from Cure Oven as needed.
• Download cured parts from oven into approved packing.
• Build boxes and stage packaging materials per product spec.
• Fill out label and process flow paperwork accurately.
• Use pallet jacks to move skids of product.
• Engage with technician when machine is down.
• Keep work area organized and tidy; follow 5S housekeeping.
