Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group is seeking a packaging associate for the 2nd shift in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will operate packing lines, inspect finished goods for defects, and prepare products for shipment.

The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for long periods, and light physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and discarding damaged product. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to bend, stretch and squat.
• Ability to discard damaged product.

Responsibilities

• Handle and inspect finished products for defects.
• Pack products into cases of various sizes for shipment or storage.
• Assist machine operators in pulling product from machines and placing into correct boxes.
