Job summary

Bridgework-Partners is hiring Packagers / Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in the South Dallas / Duncanville area. You will work as part of a team assembling, inspecting, and packaging products in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.

Pay: $16.00/hr. Responsibilities include folding, assembling, packaging, inspecting quality, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and production guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Fold, assemble, and package products into boxes and containers
• Form and pack cartons and product trays
• Assemble molded components according to production standards
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Collate and organize finished products for shipment
• Perform limited material handling duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned
