Job summary

NorthEast Electrical, part of the Sonepar family, is hiring for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team member at our Brockton Headquarters. You will handle outbound transfers, picking, packing, and shipping, using RF guns and verifying shipments against POs.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 6pm start, at Brockton location. We offer healthcare, dental and vision, PTO, parental leave, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Strong time management to handle daily outbound orders.
• Familiarity with warehouse picking and packing processes.
• Reliable team player with clear communication.
• Experience using RF scanning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders from tickets and prepare for shipment.
• Pick, pack, and load items; verify against purchase orders.
• Receive inbound products and ensure packaging integrity.
• Scan barcodes with RF guns to track inventory.
• Perform paperwork and data input per procedures.
• Assemble, label, palletize, and route materials for delivery or storage.
• Maintain housekeeping and support other duties as assigned.
