This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.Core Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Supervise and support the operations team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to recommend process changes.Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to team members on continuous improvement tools and techniques.Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies and safety standardsManages teammate time, attendance, and schedules (work shift, vacation) for assigned functional area(s)Provides proactive performance feedback to teammates within assigned functions, assisting teammates, providing coaching and corrective action where neededOversees assigned functions’ training, ensuring teammates receive appropriate training for their assigned job functions.
