Job summary

Bunzl Northern CA in Tracy, CA is seeking an Order Selector to accurately and efficiently pick products for customer orders within a fast-paced warehouse. This role offers growth opportunities in logistics and distribution as you develop valuable skills with our team.

The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule on the 2nd shift, with a starting rate of $19 per hour. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operation
• 1 year experience on a stock picker is preferred but not required; training provided
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products based on customer orders
• Ensure all picked items match the order requirements (quantity, quality, etc.)
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and customer demands
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times
