Job summary

Argus Dental & Vision, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Injection Molding Operator to operate molding machines, ensure product quality, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. The role runs Monday-Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, plus benefits such as medical/vision insurance, HSA, PTO and holiday pay, and opportunities for advancement as skills are developed in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience in injection molding or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines.
• Inspect molded parts for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Record production data and complete necessary documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
