Job summary

Clearfield Metal Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mold Department operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM). Compensation includes a $0.50 per hour shift differential.

In this role you will load material into hoppers, place products on appropriate skids or trays per control plans, and visually inspect parts for defects. You will follow control plans, stop equipment if non-conforming product is produced, and complete daily production reports and hold tags as needed.

Responsibilities

• Put material in hoppers
• Handle/place product on skids/trays per control plans
• Visually inspect parts for defects (excessive burrs, chips, etc)
• Inspect parts per control plans
• Stop equipment immediately if non-conforming product is produced
• Notify supervisor of problems
• Complete hold tags as necessary
• Place product in hold area as needed
• Complete daily production reports as required

Monday - Friday

3pm to 11pm

$0.50/hr off shift differential

MOLDING DEPARTMENT

• Putting material in hoppers
• Handling/placing product on appropriate skids/trays as described in control plans
• Visually Inspect parts for defects (excessive burrs, chips, etc)
• Inspect parts as necessary per control plans
• Stop equipment immediately in the event that non-conforming product is being produced
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Complete appropriate hold tags as necessary
• Place product in the hold area in necessary
• Complete daily production reports as required
