Job summary

FleetPride is the nation’s largest distributor of heavy duty parts and services, with a focus on a high‑performing outbound operation. This 2nd shift role leads an inbound and outbound operation at a FleetPride Distribution Center, supervising frontline supervisors and warehouse workers to drive productivity and efficiency.

You will mentor and develop teammates, enforce safety and company policies, and collaborate with the DC leadership to meet productivity metrics and accuracy targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• 2+ years in a supervisory position.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team of frontline supervisors and hourly associates.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance to maintain a safe work environment.
• Plan work schedules and staffing to meet workload demands.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity.
• Prepare reports for the Senior DC Manager and management.
