Freight Breakers in Lincolnton, NC is seeking 2nd shift tire loaders/unloaders for a manual labor role. The position runs Monday through Thursday, 5:00pm to 3:30am, with production-based pay and weekly Fridays.

You will load and unload tires up to 100 lbs by hand and transfer them with a pallet jack. No cap on production; success is measured by pace, consistency, and staying motivated. Benefits include 401(k) and health coverage.

2nd Shift (Night Shift) Tire Loaders/Unloaders

Monday-Thursday 5:00pm to 3:30am

Paid Weekly on Fridays $500 to $1100 per week (Production Based Pay)

Manual Labor Job

This job consists of loading and unloading tires that range in size and weight. You will load/unload the tires by hand onto a pallet/rack and transport them to a staging area using a pallet jack.

This is a manual labor job that requires you to stand/walk/stoop/crouch and lift product ranging from 5lbs to 100lbs for a 10-hour shift.

The production pay is based off of how much weight in tires that you load/unload in a single day/week.

There is no cap on production and the more weight you load/unload the more you get paid.

Staying motivated, being consistent, and keeping a steady pace are key to success in this position.
